but if you look very close
So beautiful the way the pink stayed with those flowers! Love coming to your blog to see what the header picture is going to be!
Beautiful words to compliment beautiful photos.
so true, so true! even "elderly" roses have a beauty of their own!
They almost look as if they are made of silk now. Beautiful photos and prose.
Roses, like all we ladies, just age so beautifully.Di
Thanks for swinging by Sharon and kudos to you on all your pet adoptions! Your foursome is precious, although I have to say Phineus steals my heart the most. Your photos are amazing and you say you're not a pro, but hands down you could be! Have a great week.
Loved these. They were so clear, you could almost FEEL the texture of their tissue-y leaves. The "blush" inside the dying roses is definitely showing the treasure that was inside.Wonderful!
This reminded me of so many women I have seen...who are very elderly...delicate, skin like tissue paper, still beautiful.
These are so wonderful, and there is absolute truth in what you are suggesting.
Even roses that are dead/almost dead are still beautiful when you capture them that way.
I agree about the reader that commented you could almost feel the tissue paper texture. What a stunning series of photos!
True love. How sweet. You are working that camera, girl :o)
Very sweet Sharon!
These are so beautiful I was wondering if they were actually silk flowers. Even fading they are gorgeous!
