Wonderful photos. Thank you. Came across here from Erin's blog (I think). Enjoying your posts, especially your wonderfully clear photos. The birds on the wires below are amazing!
Portsmouth is great. I've never seen the lighthouse. That's a beautiful shot. Are those beach roses in the foreground?

Good morning Sharon. I'm sitting in my new pink chair. :-)All your photos are beautiful but I love this one.Next weekend is girls day out and I'm going to suggest we go to Jonesborough, TN, the oldest town in TN. It's just down the road and hopefully it won't rain and I can get some photos.
A picture postcard shot!
I just came across your site and what beautiful pictures you have taken.I so miss the water and all that surrounds it. i am from upper NYS on Lake Ontario and have been searching for blogs in our area for ages. I think I am homesick!Do you have a special way to make your picture large ? I love them bigger as they take in so much of the surroundings. You do great work. Will be back.
Just found this great photo! I'm part of the group that cares for this lighthouse, Friends of Portsmouth Harbor Lighthouse -- lots of info at http://www.portsmouthharborlighthouse.org. I hope we'll see you back at the lighthouse in 2010!
