This morning my husband commented that it feels like a Thanksgiving morning. I guess it sort of does, except for the fact that the temps are in the low 50's and a wee bit humid. Wouldn't that be perfect for the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade!

I adore the Swans.
They may not be the sweetest of birds but what they lack in personality they more than make up for in beauty.

Beautiful, serene shots! I love that third one!
Sharon, I love your eye! Such wonderful shots!
I always think Swans are so special! Even if they are a bit nasty!
I know I've told you before, but you really need to know how much I love your photos. I can't thank you enough for sharing.
It was nearly 70 degrees here the past two days...not Thanksgiving weather at all for me. My memories of Thanksgiving all seem to have chilly, wet, grey weather:)
There are many swans where we do most of our sailing and their personalities are well known to be truly wanting!....nevertheless they are extremely photogenic I agree! What beautiful photos you took!
Hi there! This is my first visit to your blog, and these photos are simply enchanting!! Just love them!
You have a wonderful photographer's eye!!
Have a lovely day and weekend!!

I love the light in the first shot! I can't describe how it makes me feel...
And when I looked at the third shot, my first reaction was - did you know swans have 22 cervical vertebrae?
I am always so thrilled to see wild swans, and have never been able to get this close of a shot..these are gorgeous and show every detail of their white feathers...thanks for sharing them!
